I got this recipe out of the Oxygen Mag and its Jenny Lynns recipe. I made it for the first time last week and it was very yummy ;D INGREDIENTS: 2TBs Nat. PB 1/2 low sodium soy sauce 1/2 lemon or lime juice 4pckgs of splenda 2TBS curry powder 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1tsp hot pepper sauce 6 chicken breasts, cubed INSTRUCTIONS: In a mixing bowl, combine first 7 ingredients. Place chicken in marinade and refrigerate. Let chicken marinate at least 2 hours. Place chicken on skewers, then grill on BBQ.
