Hi
Because of the many injuries in the past years i decided to slow down in wrestling business . I accepted an job offer from a company that produces gym equipment . I have to represent the products in gyms or exhibitions , show how to use ( at a sample training routine ) , explain the machines , give training advice , do posing and strength shows . The company produces arm wrestling tables too , so i have to explain the technique and show my strength at many arm wrestling challenges in the future .
At the moment i prepare for my first show a opening ceremony of a new gym .
Planned for this opening ceremony : 2 posing routines together with a partner ( showing my strength )
2 posing shows ( present my muscles in a sensuous way )

I practice a workout routine using the new training equipment of the gym explain the training machines , show what is new and how to use
question and answer ( all about workout and the gym equipment )
I do this together with a fitness girl , her name is Diana . She is 28 years , 5.4 , body weight 118 # , 13,5 inch biceps . The choreographic is like the posing show i did together with my sister about one year ago . I lift her up , hold her , press Diana over my head , repeat this for some reps , do some curls ( exercises ) using Diana's body as weight , take her on my shoulders do some squats , hit some poses , flexing our muscles together and so on . The choreographic is about 3 minutes . I be able to lift her up easily but this is a very hard challenge for my strength and i have problems to hold her body weight for the full 3 minutes . To make this choreographic a good show it is necessary to do a lot of additional training . For training I spend the last days lifting up Diana and my dads girl friend for the different moves . Now it is time to do the whole choreographic and keep up training this until i be able to do this perfect . I did a lot of strength shows in the past so there is no additional strength training necessary . Same for showing and explaining the whole training equipment . I work as personal trainer too so this is the perfect job for me . I don't need to spend hours of martial arts training anymore so i use this time to practice a special strength training for arm wrestling and the arm wrestling technique . I think for presenting and demonstrating arm wrestling tables this additional training is essential part of the job . Next month is the first time i represent the company at this opening ceremony in the new gym . I want to show up in best shape and hope i be able to make a good job .
